Why Bigger Bankruptcy Firms Aren't Better

Mark I. Agee, Attorney-at-LawIf you are a consumer with financial problems, you may believe that you should hire the firm that files the most bankruptcy cases in the area. That probably isn't true. Bankruptcy mills are often like factories where each case is processed the same way each time and little consideration is given to the unique facts of each case. You may be directed to a Chapter 13 repayment plan, when you may qualify for a cheaper and easier Chapter 7. If you ever meet or speak with an attorney, it will probably be someone new and inexperienced. When you hire Mark Ian Agee, Attorney at Law, he will personally assist you through the entire process. He has 25 years of experience in Dallas, Plano, Denton, Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. There is nothing which could arise in your case that he has not seen before.

Businesses and creditors have the opposite problem—they may believe that they are best served by the largest firm in town. Often, that is not the case. Unless you are a high-value client, you may initially meet with an important partner, but your work will quickly be shuffled-off to a younger, less-experienced lawyer who is very green, but still very expensive. And those large law firms may actually have less experience working on smaller cases. This is true whether you are a client or a creditor or trustee.

A better alternative would be to hire an attorney with significant training from a large firm and decades of experience with thousands of cases in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas and beyond. When you hire Mark Agee, Attorney at Law, you get HIM, not a junior associate. Mark will personally handle your personal bankruptcy, corporate bankruptcy or small business bankruptcy and will address any concerns you may have. What’s more, his fees and expenses will always be less than a comparable large firm.
